About the role
Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers.
Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, emphasizing the importance of customer-centric design and iterative development.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

We're looking for someone who has:
Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or similar
At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role for an automotive technology company
At least 2 years of experience using C++, Python, Linux/Windows, Git, and MATLAB
