About the Role

The team is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer (FullStack) to become part of our TDI team in Bangalore, who can effectively balance technical excellence with a disciplined approach to the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations required to meet the company’s strategic business objectives. Candidates will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, business analysts, and engineers on different infrastructure layers, from proposal development to deployment and support. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions is essential. In addition, your product owner will look to you to provide all technical services—design, config, software development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, database schema modeling, and system integrations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead technical projects, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, UX/UI designers, and Stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Performance & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Automate deployment pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and AWS serverless technologies. Ensure system reliability by integrating automated testing, secure secrets management, containerization (Kubernetes), and CloudWatch monitoring across all environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of robust experience with hands-on development & design experience
• Experience working with the following technologies: Java, NodeJs, Typescript, AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, EC2 Instances, AppFlows, StepFunctions, Kinesis), React, Scripting Languages (Python, Shell, Kotlin), Databases (DynamoDB, PostGreSQL), Terraform, Serverless architecture,, Unit Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
• Experience working on latest AI technologies is a big plus
• Provide leadership and have influence over the design, implementation and support of all the POCs built for the business
• Experience coaching and developing individuals for increased effectiveness and working with a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
• Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills

Extra Credits:

• Proven background in developing within serverless ecosystems, particularly utilizing AWS Lambda and similar services.
• Knowledge of container orchestration through Kubernetes or managing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform.
• Prior usage of continuous integration and delivery platforms such as GitHub Actions.
