- Quality & Velocity: Move fast while maintaining high quality standards through thorough code reviews, detailed design doc evaluations, and constructive feedback on product specs and UI mocks.
- Mentorship & Engineering Standards: Help establish developer workflows, champion best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate technical excellence across the team.
Technical Qualifications
- Web Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern web stacks, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with a proven track record of translating complex problems into performant, scalable and safe responsive, production-grade applications.
- Operational Health Excellence: Experience tracing, profiling and tuning performance of network calls, rendering, or data access paths, monitoring and reporting their operational health.
- AI-First Workflows Expertise: Experience implementing AI workflows and tooling to support and accelerate high quality web development, optimization and debugging.
- API & System Design: Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining robust APIs using protocols such as REST, GraphQL, gRPC, HTTP, or Thrift basics.
