Quick facts
From the original posting
You'll help make Gamma the visual communication layer that works everywhere, not just in gamma.app, but inside Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce, Glean, and every surface where teams already do their work. From MCP integrations with LLM providers to enterprise marketplace listings to partner-built connectors on Gamma's API, you'll shape how Gamma's design intelligence shows up across the tools hundreds of millions of people use daily.
This role combines hands-on solution building, enterprise customer work, and partner enablement. You'll work directly with enterprise AI transformation leaders deploying Gamma for use cases like automated proposal generation from CRM data, and with platform partners like Atlassian, Glean, and HeyGen who are building Gamma into their own products. For every integration Gamma builds internally, the goal is an ecosystem of partners building many more on top of the API.
You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and customer success to ensure our integrations are reliable, well-documented, and genuinely useful, and to shape the API product roadmap based on what you learn from partners and customers.
Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in New York. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
Use Gamma's API, MCP connectors, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N) to build custom workflows and reference implementations for B2B use cases like CRM-driven proposal generation and brand-compliant content automation
Partner with engineering on core infrastructure (MCP servers, API endpoints, marketplace connectors) and own the last mile: configuring, testing, documenting, and shipping integrations that deliver a complete experience
Architect integration workflows with enterprise customers, understanding their systems, mapping their use cases, and getting them to production while owning technical security and compliance conversations (SOC 2, SSO, data residency)
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners building on Gamma's API, helping them scope integrations, unblocking technical issues, and driving to production
Create developer resources including reference implementations, solution blueprints, and sample code that make it easy for partners to build production-quality integrations without consuming Gamma engineering time
Support marketplace listing processes (security reviews, certification, co-marketing) for platforms like Salesforce AppExchange and Google Cloud Marketplace
5+ years building production API integrations, with strong command of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook systems, and error handling at scale
Proficiency in TypeScript and Python. You build working solutions yourself, not just spec them
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, translating business workflows into working integrations, not just architecture diagrams
Strong technical communication: you can debug a partner's code on a call, lead an architecture discussion with an enterprise IT team, and write documentation that developers actually use
Proactive and self-directed, with comfort operating in ambiguity. You see a gap and fix it without waiting to be asked, and you're ready to help define the playbook as you run it
Experience in the LLM/AI agent ecosystem with platform partners or in developer advocacy (Nice to have)
The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $140K - $240K plus benefits & equity.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people.
