Suno is scaling incredibly fast and our job is to unlock growth for operations areas like music ops, support, legal, finance, and beyond with workflows, tooling, and intelligent agents.

What You'll Do

  • Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that let non-engineering teams handle more without adding headcount

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, making the call on what to buy and what to build

  • Contribute to and empower stakeholders on our self-service app deployment platform

  • Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, auth and MCP building and extending beyond our Django monolith.

  • Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third parties like Zendesk.

  • Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content ops to source new challenges

  • You have a proven track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations

  • You thrive in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where the problem space is still being defined

Nice-to-Haves

  • You’ve worked with agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and eval or observability tooling (e.g. LangSmith, Braintrust)

  • You’re familiar with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms
