About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with Software Engineering leaders to source, recruit, and close talented engineers across Verkada. You’ll own the full recruiting process and work closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing
- Partner closely with Software Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative engagement strategies across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Recruit across a range of Engineering roles and levels, from ICs through Manager+
- Present Verkada and the Software Engineering organization to candidates and help them understand the opportunity, team, and technical challenges
- Drive recruiting processes forward while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Track and document candidate communications and activity in Greenhouse
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate experience
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology company
- Experience recruiting Software Engineering talent across areas such as backend, full-stack, infrastructure, or other technical disciplines
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions through collaboration
- Ability to operate independently and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
