About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with research leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent in a highly competitive talent market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top growth company and play a business-critical role in scaling the highest-priority teams in the company, building it to a successful exit.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers
Be a consultative partner with the research team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values
Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth
Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to help problem-solve bottlenecks and support hiring velocity
Mentor and enable other recruiters, raising the bar for technical recruiting across the team
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand externally
