We're seeking an experienced social work and counseling coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in social work and counseling. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, interview prep, and salary negotiation, as well as promotion strategy, networking strategy, and freelancing for those pursuing independent practice. Ideal candidates have professional experience in social work or counseling, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike.
