The Logistics Engineering team builds the systems and web experiences that support the end-to-end lifecycle of Stripe Terminal devices - from manufacturing and inventory to ordering, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and repairs. We develop web interfaces, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and internal tools that connect Stripe with manufacturers, logistics providers, repair centers, and Terminal users around the world.

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities
- Scope, design, build, and maintain large-scale systems that support the end-to-end lifecycle of Stripe Terminal devices, including ordering, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and repairs.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and internal tools that connect Stripe with manufacturers, logistics providers, repair centers, and other partners.
- Build intuitive web experiences that help Terminal users and internal teams order devices, manage orders, and handle returns and repairs.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of logistics operations by identifying patterns and simplifying complex workflows.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities to Terminal users.
