We're hiring for a Space Planning Coordinator to help as the company grows to focus on workplace capacity, utilization, and move planning, which must stay aligned with headcount, program timelines, and facility constraints.

 

This is a 6-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Space Plan Drafting: Create and revise basic floorplans for open office seating, conference rooms, cafeterias, mother's rooms, and support spaces using CAD/drafting tools.

  • Occupancy & Headcount Planning: Maintain seating counts and utilization summaries; support headcount/occupancy alignment across teams and locations.

  • Move & Migration Support: Assist with move sequencing, transition plans, and stakeholder communications for relocations, restacks, and space changes.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Support executive stakeholders; capture requirements, manage intake, and drive timely updates through to completion.

  • Documentation: Keep space plans, assumptions, and change logs current; ensure requests and decisions are traceable and easy to reference.
