Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales) to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives

  • Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors.

  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes.

  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability.

  • Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation.

  • Willingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is [$150,000-$180,000] plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid vacation time, paid sick leave, and parental leave.
