We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our product engineering teams at Included Health. Reporting the Director Engineering, this is a technical lead individual contributor role focused on driving technical strategy, elevating engineering standards, and delivering high-impact, user-facing solutions at scale. As a Staff Engineer, you will operate across team boundaries to shape architecture, influence technical direction, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to build experiences that meaningfully improve member outcomes.
