The Role

You will own and grow Everlaw’s public-sector partner channel, building strategic relationships with government contractors, primes, resellers, and systems integrators to expand access to federal, state, local, and education opportunities. By engaging partners early in procurement cycles and aligning closely with Public Sector Account Executives, you will position Everlaw in high-stakes RFPs and RFIs to create a predictable, partner-led revenue engine.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Washington DC office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do

  • Recruit, qualify, and activate government contractors and channel partners to expand Everlaw's reach across federal, state, local, and education markets.
  • Build and execute joint partner plans with clear agency targets, contract vehicles, pursuit goals, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
  • Partner with Public Sector Account Executives to identify pursuits prior to formal RFP/RFI release and coordinate partner participation throughout the buying process.
  • Help partners accurately position Everlaw’s platform, public-sector use cases, security posture, AI capabilities, and implementation models.
  • Manage operational rhythms including account mapping, pipeline reviews, deal registration, and quarterly business reviews to ensure forecast confidence.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Legal, Finance, Security, and Marketing to remove friction and close qualified pursuits.

About You

  • You have 8+ years of experience in public-sector partnerships, government contracting, channel sales, alliances, or capture management.
  • You bring direct experience working alongside government contractors, primes, resellers, systems integrators, or public-sector service providers.
  • You understand public-sector procurement mechanics, including contract vehicles, prime/subcontractor relationships, RFP/RFI cycles, and agency buying processes.
  • You have a track record of translating partner relationships into qualified pipeline, pursuit participation, and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • You communicate clearly, navigate ambiguity, and effectively align internal sales teams, contractor sellers, and technical stakeholders.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

Bonus points

  • Experience in legal technology, litigation support, investigations, compliance, cybersecurity, cloud, or another regulated technology category.
  • Familiarity with procurement frameworks and authorizations such as Carahsoft, GSA, NASPO, OMNIA, DIR, VITA, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, or StateRAMP.
  • Experience with capture management, proposal strategy, sources-sought activity, or industry-day engagement.
  • Experience managing software sales through partners that deliver implementation, managed services, or systems integration around the platform.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce for partner deal registration, account mapping, pipeline inspection, and business reviews.
