From the original posting
Cartesia is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale our Systems Integrator (SI) program. This role focuses on enabling a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to deliver high-quality Cartesia deployments for our enterprise partners and customers. You will be Cartesia's technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery, responsible for partner readiness, certification standards, implementation quality, and the commercial model that lets the program scale responsibly.
Build the SI operating model: define partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, and quality standards.
Own partner readiness: lead technical enablement across Cartesia configuration, integrations, testing, and production rollout, defining what partners can deliver independently, when Cartesia co-delivery is required, and what stays out of scope.
Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners, resolving standard implementation questions, bringing in specialists for true exceptions, and turning recurring issues into playbooks, training, or product feedback.
Establish the delivery quality and performance system, including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, and customer feedback loops, with reporting on time-to-live, CSAT, rework, cost-to-serve, and partner-sourced pipeline.
Lead program expansion across new products, ecosystems, and geographies, using structured field feedback to influence Product and Product Marketing.
5โ8+ years of experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution, within a SaaS or technology-driven environment or at a systems integrator.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to challenge partners and internal stakeholders when delivery readiness falls short.
Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, and implementation design, with sound judgment on when to engage specialists.
Strong commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, payout structures, and guardrails that protect customer outcomes and program economics.
Operational program design skills (e.g. certification design, scope control, delivery QA, escalation governance, QBRs, playbooks).
A builder mentality. You're comfortable building 0-to-1 operating mechanisms and shaping foundational systems for long-term success.
Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model
Experience expanding an SI or channel program across North America and international markets
