SUPERVISOR, SPACEPORT OPERATIONS (TRANSPORTATION)
The Spaceport Operations Supervisor will develop, manage, market, provide strategic direction, and oversee transportation programs (employee commute shuttles, on-site shuttles, airport shuttles, Tesla rental program, bike share, hovercraft commuter operations, and related amenities) while supporting broader operations including site amenities and customer service. You will optimize routes, operational practices, and parking systems for the most efficient, safest, and highest-participation transportation program possible. You will train and implement effective customer service strategies, coordinate operations, analyze data, monitor and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, engage customers, hire and develop talent, maintain mandatory training, handle scheduling and payroll, and drive process improvements. This role supports the SpaceX mission by delivering efficient transportation logistics, outstanding customer service, vehicle/amenity maintenance, and quality-of-life support that boosts morale and productivity.
