As a Training & Operations Manager, you will build and scale a predictable, AI-enabled learning operations engine across APJ that transforms regional execution into disciplined, data-driven, revenue-aligned outcomes.

As the operational backbone of the region, you will design systems, not just manage processes, ensuring APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigour.

The impact you will have:

  • Architect and run a scalable, data-driven operating cadence across APJ, including forecasting, QBRs, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Learning & Enablement leaders to translate global strategy into executable regional plans.
  • Reduce operational friction by embedding automation, predictive analytics, and AI-first workflows into intake, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and operational predictability by identifying risks early and driving structured corrective action.
  • Lead high-priority escalations with discipline and composure, converting recurring issues into systemic improvements.
  • Increase stakeholder self-sufficiency by shifting standard operational requests into automated, AI-enabled pathways.
  • Standardize governance frameworks, decision rights, and ownership models to ensure consistent regional execution aligned with global standards.
  • Optimize regional utilization and fill rates while maintaining cost discipline and delivery quality.
  • Elevate operational maturity across APJ by driving adoption of data-driven practices and structured execution frameworks.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
  • Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
  • Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
  • A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability.
