About the Role
We’re seeking a UX Product Designer to shape the core user experience of Translucent — the AI financial platform transforming how healthcare organizations make business decisions. This is a founding design role. You’ll be the design leader shaping how complex financial and operational workflows become intuitive, conversational, and insight-driven through AI. This role is equal parts product thinking, interaction design, systems design, and visual refinement. You’ll partner with customers, product, and engineering to craft elegant solutions that make healthcare decision-making feel simple.
