In this role, you will not only support our local team but also collaborate with colleagues across Braze to drive global workplace and employee experience initiatives.

As our São Paulo office expands, we’re looking for builders - resourceful, hands-on individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where needed. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the Regional Manager, Workplace Experience - AMER.

Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience. You’ll maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our employees and be adaptable to evolving global conditions and workplace dynamics. This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support day-to-day workplace operations, managing services such as food and beverage programmes, office supplies, mail, packages, and general office upkeep to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all who enter the São Paulo office, upholding Braze’s high standards of hospitality, including onboarding support to new hires
  • Monitor and respond to workplace service tickets, maintaining a customer-focused mindset to ensure top-tier service for São Paulo employees
  • Support the planning and execution of local events and activations, including holiday celebrations, mixers, ERG events, and employee engagement programming, collaborating with the local culture committee to ensure a high-quality and consistent employee experience
  • Balance multiple priorities with ease, responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly and on schedule
  • Support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do their best work
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and financial planning for the São Paulo office
  • Support compliance with health and safety requirements, working closely with external providers, building management, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
  • Be a flexible team player, jumping in to support the Workplace team with ad-hoc tasks, PTO coverage, and operational needs as they arise

WHO YOU ARE

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role; experience in customer service a plus
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule
  • Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable being in a highly visible role that will define the reputation of the Braze Workplace Team
  • Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service
  • A strong communicator with excellent grammatical skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and good organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to set own priorities
  • A creative problem-solver, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table
  • An awesome can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small
