The opportunity
As an Affiliate Specialist for Kraken Pro, you will support the growth and day-to-day operations of the Kraken Pro affiliate program by identifying and onboarding new partners and by owning the operational processes that keep the program running accurately and compliantly. Key responsibilities include:
Partner recruitment:
Source and prospect new affiliate partners across media publishers, mobile networks, incentive sites, social network partnerships, CTV, etc.
Draft and send personalized outreach.
Manage the partner pipeline from first contact through onboarding.
Support partner vetting and scoring processes (for example, mobile network partner intake and evaluation).
Assist with go-to-market/launch coordination for new affiliate partners, briefs, newsletters, and creative asset delivery.
Affiliate operations:
Own day-to-day Impact.com platform administration, partner account setup, tracking link QA, and commission structure updates.
Support weekly, monthly reporting cycles (QuickSite, AppsFlyer, Hex exports), feeding the Pro performance dashboard and updates.
Monitor for compliance and fraud flags (performance benchmark violations, PID marketplace prohibitions) and escalate per policy.
Support invoice and payment reconciliation with acceleration partners and finance.
Maintain partner creative assets, records, contracts, and documentation (compliance matrix, partner type reference tables).
Cross-functional support:
Coordinate with agencies on day-to-day partner servicing and escalations.
Assist with ad hoc analysis and dashboard maintenance.
The program scales: support in the affiliate strategy development.
Participate in cross-functional discussions with product, compliance, design, martech, and analytics.
