Who we are

At Namaa, we build and operate tech-enabled urban infrastructure that gives consumers fast, reliable access to meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.

Traditional retail models, built around brick-and-mortar locations, often struggle to compete in today’s digital-first landscape. Challenges such as cost efficiency per square foot, logistics-optimized locations, and seamless technology integration have made it clear that a new approach is needed.

We believe the future of foodservice and commerce lies in purpose-built infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and scalability. That’s why Namaa was established—to power the next generation of digital food and quick commerce ecosystems across the Middle East.

Our ecosystem is driven by a portfolio of specialized business units, including KitchenPark, CloudRetail, and Profood Properties, each playing a key role in enabling brands to grow and thrive in an increasingly on-demand world.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced procurement and contracts professional with a strong background in construction, real estate, or facilities management, and hands-on experience in sourcing, commercial negotiations, cost control, and vendor contracts.

What you’ll do

  • End-to-End Procurement: Lead complete sourcing cycles, RFP developments, technical/commercial evaluations, and vendor selections across company projects.
  • Commercial Strategy & Budget Protection: Conduct detailed market price assessments, unit-rate benchmarks, and BOQ analyses to mitigate cost inflation and keep projects under budget.
  • Contract Negotiations & Execution: Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, Purchase Orders and Variation Orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Governance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure strict compliance with internal procurement workflows, financial approval limits, and contractual risk controls to eliminate corporate liability.
  • Vendor Relationship & Performance Management: Retain high-performing suppliers, audit ongoing vendor delivery against agreed SLAs, and lead commercial dispute resolutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between Construction, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to translate operational requirements into enforceable commercial terms.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in commercial procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management (construction, real estate, or FM experience preferred).
  • Contractual Mastery: knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, risk allocation, and legal terms with external suppliers.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in cost modeling, unit-rate benchmarking, invoice auditing, and analyzing market-wide material price trends.
  • Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Proven track record of securing competitive pricing, driving cost savings, and resolving complex commercial claims under pressure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to negotiate assertively with vendor executives and present actionable trade-offs to internal leadership.
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, & Law Professional certifications are a plus.

Why join us

  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.
