- Establish program frameworks, planning rhythms and decision points that align business priorities, partner needs and Pinterest brand standards across multiple high-visibility initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across creative, production, experiential, sales, and operations teams to keep high-visibility programs moving forward.
- Manage communication and expectations across assigned programs, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, feedback, and overall program execution.
- Establish goals, track milestones, and measure performance against KPIs tied to program success, package volume, and incremental revenue.
- Turn program learnings into strategic recommendations that influence future partnership offerings, operating models and market-facing opportunities.
- Use AI to speed early planning, briefing and concept development, while applying judgment and verification to maintain quality.
- Use AI to summarize learnings, streamline repeatable reporting and help identify opportunities to improve future programs.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand partnerships, experiential marketing or program leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading complex partnership or pop-up programs from planning through launch, with clear ties to business and revenue goals.
- Experience in partnering across creative, production, experiential, sales, and operations to move cross-functional work forward.
- Experience in translating business priorities into clear plans, timelines, and integrated go-to-market approaches.
- Experience ideating on and reviewing creative work, upholding brand standards, and giving clear feedback that strengthens ideas and execution.
- Experience in using performance insights and business context to recommend changes that improve future partnership strategy, planning and execution.
- High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive information, avoiding over-reliance on AI and staying accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
