Quick facts
From the original posting
Browserbase is the complete platform to build and deploy agents that browse and interact with the web like humans. We’re on a mission to make AI work for people by operating the systems built for humans. We provide one API key for agents to search and fetch information, fill out forms, and replicate user actions. We run 50M+ sessions/month for 10,000+ customers including Ramp, Deepmind, Clay, Vercel, and Notion.
We're a Series B startup that's tripled our headcount in 2 years, and are continuing to grow, fast. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, CRV, and Notable Capital, our team is building on our CEO's founding vision to power the world's best AI tools and help everyone automate the web.
As a key member of our growing talent team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers on the business side of Browserbase to help build out the Revenue, Sales, Growth + Marketing, Partnerships, People, and Finance teams. What makes this role interesting is who you get to go after: GTM hires who can sit with an engineer and speak credibly about infrastructure.
In this role, you'll be one of the first recruiters supporting the business, so you'll be owning the process, while building it too. That means the intake conversations, the interview loops, the scorecards, the referral push, and the numbers that tell us whether it's working. You'll be close enough to the business to have a real opinion on who we should hire, not just how fast we can close them.
Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and close.
Partner to build the programs that make hiring repeatable: structured interview loops, scorecards and rubrics, interviewer training, referral activation, and the candidate experience standards we hold ourselves to.
Help create the data and metrics we run our searches on. Pipeline health, pass-through rates, and time to fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire.
Act as a true and trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders on scoping, comp positioning, and interview design. Push back when the bar isn't being met, and keep the relationship intact when you do.
Give candidates an experience that matches the product: fast, clear, honest, no friction, regardless of the outcome.
Build diverse pipelines and keep the process fair and consistent as volume grows.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record hiring business and GTM roles. Bonus points if you’ve filled roles in the developer tools, AI, or infrastructure space, or been a technical recruiter.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and tasks.
Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Real comfort with data. You know what strong ATS reporting looks like and you can look at a set of conversion rates and make recommendations to address what might be going wrong.
Enough technical fluency to hold a real conversation about how infrastructure gets sold, and to screen for it - no engineering background required.
