We are looking for an outstanding compliance professional to join our fast-growing team as the Compliance Analytics Associate. This role, reporting to the Americas Head of Compliance, will support the day-to-day operation of our AML, CTF, sanctions and financial crime framework, with particular responsibility for transaction monitoring, blockchain investigations.

The role will be responsible for defining and implementing the firm's on-chain monitoring and travel rule framework and strategy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced fintech environment, with exposure to complex financial crime investigations, regulatory requirements and compliance technology. They will be comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering to design, automate and continuously improve the compliance function – including using AI-enabled tools to increase the speed and quality of investigations.
