Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream programs and coordinate cross-functional teams under ambiguity
Excellent executive-level and technical communication skills, with a clear focus on solving customer problems
Strong grounding in large-scale software development, with baseline knowledge of software systems
Professional fluency in Korean and English
Nice to have:
A strong domain background in sensors, ADAS/AD, automotive, or a closely related field

Proven track record of leading complex programs involving 15+ software and hardware engineers.
Is gifted with an ability to execute thoughtfully and efficiently, with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset to get the job done
