Role Overview

As a Data Lead at Wonderful, you'll help shape how we measure, understand and scale our product and business.
You'll work across product, operations, and business data - analyzing complex datasets, defining KPIs and building dashboards to drive clear, data-informed decisions.
You'll own data processes end-to-end, from raw data and modeling to insights and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze product usage, customer interaction and business data.

  • Define and track KPIs across product, operations and business domains.

  • Build dashboards and monitoring tools.

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models (Snowflake, dbt).

  • Work closely with Product, Operations (GTM), Business and Engineering.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL - must.

  • Strong business sense and ability to translate data into insights.

  • Ability to work end-to-end, from raw data to business impact.

  • Experience building ETL pipelines (Snowflake, dbt) - advantage.

  • Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Omni) - advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product analytics or customer interaction data.

  • Experience in a fast-growing startup.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven products.
