As a Data Lead at Wonderful, you'll help shape how we measure, understand and scale our product and business.
You'll work across product, operations, and business data - analyzing complex datasets, defining KPIs and building dashboards to drive clear, data-informed decisions.
You'll own data processes end-to-end, from raw data and modeling to insights and impact.
Analyze product usage, customer interaction and business data.
Define and track KPIs across product, operations and business domains.
Build dashboards and monitoring tools.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data models (Snowflake, dbt).
Work closely with Product, Operations (GTM), Business and Engineering.
3+ years of experience as Data Analyst.
Strong proficiency in SQL - must.
Strong business sense and ability to translate data into insights.
Ability to work end-to-end, from raw data to business impact.
Experience building ETL pipelines (Snowflake, dbt) - advantage.
Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Omni) - advantage.
Experience with product analytics or customer interaction data.
Experience in a fast-growing startup.
Familiarity with AI-driven products.
