Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
You will support the day-to-day work of the Auth0 Design team. You will coordinate design craft logistics, help designers get the most from their tools, run team programs and rituals, and organize activities that support team culture. You will also track operational measures so Design leaders can see how these activities are working.
You will report to the UX Research Manager and partner closely with Design managers and designers. You will independently support assigned projects and processes, solve routine problems, and raise decisions that need leadership input.
Design craft logistics
- Coordinate design critiques, reviews, and other craft sessions, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
- Help Design managers keep design craft and handoff guidance, and documentations current.
- Coordinate the schedules, requests, and documentation that support design system work without owning design system decisions.
- Notice recurring problems in Design team workflows and suggest practical improvements.
Design tooling and AI enablement
- Manage day-to-day access and seat administration for design tools and their AI features.
- Help designers learn how to use approved tools and keep instructions up to date.
- Coordinate the logistics of approved tool pilots, including access, participant communication, feedback collection, and a summary of what the team learned.
- Gather feedback from designers about where AI tools help their work and where they create friction. Share recurring needs and concerns with Design leadership.
- Work with the appropriate partners to resolve tool access or support issues.
Programs, rituals, and team culture
- Coordinate and run the onboarding program for new designers.
- Run the logistics for established L&D and other design programs.
- Coordinate Design All-Hands, critiques, socials, and other Design team rituals.
- Plan Design team offsites and internal events, including schedules, communications, and coordination with event partners.
- Gather feedback on team activities, share themes with leaders, and help put agreed improvements into practice.
Design team operations and metrics
- Manage incoming Design Ops requests and keep team calendars and process documentation current.
- Track measures related to Design Ops work, such as onboarding progress, tool access requests, participation in team programs, AI usage, and the regularity of craft sessions.
- Share updates on program progress, recurring issues, and decisions needed from your manager or Design leaders.
- Use approved AI tools for defined tasks when useful, following established safety guidance and checking the results.
What you bring
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or operations for a design, product, or related team.
- Ability to manage requests, scheduling, and follow-up independently while keeping work accurate and on time.
- Clear communication and the ability to build trusting relationships with teammates and partners.
- Experience supporting shared tools and keeping documentation useful and current.
- Good judgment about when to solve a problem independently and when to ask for guidance.
Experience with design tools, team onboarding, or event planning is helpful, but you do not need to have done every part of this role before.
