About this Role
Our Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving Arkestro’s growth and brand visibility. We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership of our digital marketing campaigns and channels — someone proactive, resourceful, and eager to experiment and find new ways to engage our audience. In our small, collaborative team, you’ll drive hands-on execution across our digital channels to scale our reach and impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
- Execute SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings (Google, LinkedIn, Supply Chain / Procurement digital sites)
- Manage and update the Arkestro website, including optimizing landing pages and website content for conversions; and, analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain lead funnels and nurturing workflows in CRM tools e.g. HubSpot
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Content Syndication Ads)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to guide day-to-day optimizations
- Coordinate with digital marketing consultants to execute and deliver against team priorities
- Ensure consistent brand voice and design across all channels, maintaining a unified and cohesive identity in all marketing materials and communications
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to wear multiple hats, stepping in to support high-priority initiatives beyond core responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience working in digital marketing, ideally for a SaaS company
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (Hubspot is a must)
- Experience with Intent Marketing platforms such as Zoominfo, Clay, etc
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a hyper-growth stage company and passion to work with disruptive technology
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail in designing documents, website layouts, ads, and social media cards, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand assets.
