About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

As Director of Partnerships APJ, you will lead Legora’s partnerships and alliances strategy for the region, with a strong focus on building and scaling our consulting alliances with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and legal services firms. This is a senior, hands-on role with immediate impact and the opportunity to shape the foundation for all partnership activities in Australia and Asia. You’ll collaborate closely with Legora’s global team and APJ leadership, serve as our senior external representative with partners, and have the potential to build out a regional partnerships team as we grow.

Key Areas of Responsibility

You will oversee and drive execution across Legora’s four core partnership pillars:

1. Technology Partnerships – Integrations that make Legora easier to adopt and use inside existing client tech stacks, accelerating frictionless adoption.

2. Consulting Alliances – Building and managing relationships with GSIs and regional member firms who help customers adopt, implement, and scale Legora, and extend our reach into new accounts. This will be your primary area of focus in the region.

3. Cloud & AI Partnerships – Engaging with cloud and AI providers to create joint pipeline opportunities and unlock new technology integrations.

4. Education Partnerships – Developing relationships with law schools and academic institutions so Legora becomes the platform future legal professionals learn on, supporting long-term market adoption.

You will be responsible for setting priorities, engaging at partner executive levels, and working cross-functionally to build operational excellence, all while maintaining a general manager mindset and a bias for thoughtful action.

What You Bring

  • Deep experience working with and leading GSI/consulting alliance partnerships in high-growth technology environments

  • Hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS, with a strong commercial, sales-minded approach

  • Proven ability to work effectively in US-headquartered, global businesses

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills at senior/executive level

  • Track record of setting and executing partnership strategy and building repeatable programs

  • General manager mindset: commercial acumen, strong prioritisation, and the ability to balance regional strategy with day-to-day execution

  • Legal sector experience or knowledge advantageous, but not required
