About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We’re looking for an ambitious, collaborative Engagement Associate to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations change the way they work with Legora.

This is a role for someone with a strong foundation in management consulting or professional services, who understands that transformation is a process. You will support the adoption and ongoing success of our accounts—helping to build relationships, drive outcomes, and help Legora become integrated into the everyday work of legal teams.

You’ll be a crucial member of the team as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients achieve ROI, expand their use of Legora, and transform how legal teams work.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for our portfolio of clients.

  • Assist in designing client adoption plans: contribute to tailored change management approaches, stakeholder mapping, and defining target outcomes as clients adopt Legora.

  • Help execute adoption plans, coordinating initiatives from initial rollout to broader usage and adjusting as clients’ needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders, supporting them as they navigate change and maximize the value of Legora.

  • Assist with success plans, training, and ongoing check-ins to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure clients receive a coordinated, high-quality experience.

  • Gather client feedback and share it with teams across Legora to inform product improvements and enablement efforts.

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally with a background in management consulting or a similar professional services environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—you can build trust and credibility with clients while supporting their adoption journey.

  • Some experience with change management or adoption programs is a plus but not required.

  • Good organization and project management skills across multiple tasks or workstreams.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.

  • High EQ - you know when to listen and how to support clients through change.

  • A genuine interest in technology and how it can make work more efficient.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving.

  • A data-informed approach, focused on client success and outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within SaaS, Legal Tech, or professional services environments.

  • Exposure to legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.

What’s In It For You

  • Global collaboration: Work alongside teams and clients both locally and internationally.

  • Competitive compensation: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts will help legal teams transform how they work with AI.

  • In-person environment: Offices designed for innovation and building together.

  • Benefits & Perks: Legora invests in our people with a thoughtfully designed benefits package.
