From the original posting

As Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO, you will lead the operations of the Office of the CEOs, owning how the Co-CEO’s time, travel, and meetings are managed. This role extends well beyond traditional executive support and requires a genuine understanding of the business being run.

You will stay close to company priorities and cross-functional initiatives so the Co-CEO’s time is directed where it has the greatest impact. As a trusted partner, you will help prepare for and execute the company’s highest-priority conversations, from one-on-one meetings to Board sessions and company-wide forums.

You will report directly to the Co-CEO and work closely with the executive team and administrative staff.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel with the Co-CEO.

The opportunity

  • Own the Co-CEO’s calendar end to end: prioritize, protect focus time, resolve conflicts, and anticipate needs before they become problems

  • Own preparation for the Co-CEO’s meetings, with briefing materials, context, and follow-ups

  • Learn the business and track company priorities, surfacing gaps, risks, and decisions that need the Co-CEO’s attention early

  • Build and run operating rhythms for the Office of the CEOs, including executive team meetings and leadership forums, and drive follow-through on action items

  • Serve as the first line of intake for requests to the Co-CEO, triaging effectively and routing to the right owner

  • Partner with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to keep initiatives aligned and moving

  • Lead special projects for the Co-CEO that span teams and are critical to the company’s success

  • Travel with the Co-CEO and other executives, handling logistics, scheduling, and day-of coordination

  • Manage logistics for Board meetings, executive team meetings, and company-wide meetings

  • Identify ways to improve how the Office of the CEOs operates and build processes that scale

What you bring

  • Experience as a Chief of Staff, senior Executive Assistant, or Business Partner to a C-level executive, ideally in a high-growth startup

  • Experience supporting a CEO through board cycles and company-wide communications

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry

  • A proven record of managing complex, high-stakes calendars and logistics with exceptional precision and no missed details

  • Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters and acting on the Co-CEO’s behalf

  • Excellent communication skills and the executive presence to work comfortably with C-suite leaders, board members, and external partners

  • Experience managing or mentoring executive assistants or other administrative professionals

  • Ability to travel at a moment’s notice
