What you'll do

  • Proactively manage calendars, including coordinating sales and partnership meetings, discovery calls, legal contract negotiations, etc.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of meetings by sending preparation and follow-up materials, such as sales agreements, legal documents, etc.

  • Plan and execute internal events (in-person and virtual), including team offsites, trainings, and team travel weeks. Support external events, including happy hours, sporting events, leadership in market tours, and beyond.

  • Establish new and improve existing administrative systems and processes while helping build the founding Sierra admin team.

What you'll bring

  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Excellent time management skills, willingness and ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities, and anticipate the needs of others before they arise.
