We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support (2) of Figma’s Sr. Directors, Sales - LATAM + DACH. This role strategically manages the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the LATAM + DACH businesses, while also contributing significantly to projects and initiatives that help drive the company’s priorities.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who has supported at a VP level in complex global markets.
This is a full-time role based in our São Paulo hub and requires fluency in both Portuguese and English.
