Quick facts
From the original posting
As GTM Enablement Program Manager, you'll help to build and shape Profound’s most high-impact programs and initiatives across our GTM functions. Partnering with the GTM leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll own the construction, execution and iteration of the enablement programs end-to-end. You'll build systems and run them, which includes cross-functional program leadership, direct training and enablement of tenured reps, along with content and curriculum development for managers, reps, and new hires. You’ll work closely with these teams to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in performance and effectiveness both during and beyond ramp. This role will function as an individual contributor alongside our Field Enablement team to execute and measure against performance indicators both at the individual and business level. You will have the creativity and space to design programs that leave a lasting impact across the business at large.
Own enablement programs end to end, from scoping and needs analysis through build, rollout, measurement, and iteration.
Partner with GTM leaders across Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to turn business priorities into clear program goals, owners, and timelines.
Build and deliver content and curriculum for new hires, tenured reps, and managers, including outlines, decks, playbooks, and role plays.
Facilitate live trainings and workshops for audiences ranging from new hires to senior leaders.
Up-level front-line and second-line leaders as they build their teams, with a focus on coaching, inspection, and reinforcing new behaviors in the field.
Identify performance gaps during and beyond ramp, and design targeted programs to close them.
Define success metrics for every program and track them at both the rep and business level, reporting results to stakeholders.
Lead the implementation and adoption of enablement technology as we build out that arm of the function.
Work alongside the Field Enablement team to keep programs consistent, well documented, and easy to scale.
9+ years of combined experience in client-facing roles and revenue enablement, including 4+ years in a direct client-facing role (Sales or Customer Success) and 5+ years on a Revenue Enablement Team.
You’ve built and run programs end to end in B2B SaaS and can point to measurable business results.
You influence senior stakeholders with professionalism and respect while holding your ground when priorities compete.
You are a strong facilitator and communicator, comfortable leading a room of new hires one day and a leadership team the next.
You have coached or enabled front-line managers and know how to turn manager behavior into rep behavior.
You have rolled out enablement tools and driven real adoption, not just implementation.
Meticulous in your ownership: your content, plans, and follow-through are accurate and on time.
A self-starter and team player with high energy who works well with autonomy and ambiguity.
Curious and experienced with AI; you work to implement and leverage it to change both the way we sell and the way we support our GTM teams.
This is an on-site role based in our NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $180,000 to $220,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.
