About Triomics

Triomics is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs. Cancer hospitals spend billions on highly trained staff manually reading unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, genomic panels to power workflows like trial matching, registry curation, visit prep, and quality reporting. We replace that manual work with task-driven AI agents that sit inside the EMR and process records with more than 95% accuracy, at scale, in real time.

The role

As our Head of People & Culture, you’ll own the people function end to end as we scale across the US and India. This is a hands-on, high ownership role for a builder. You’ll define how we hire, how we’re organized, and how it feels to work here. Hiring at pace without dropping the bar is the immediate mandate. Building an organization that stays coherent as it grows across time zones is the enduring one.

You’ll partner directly with the founders and with engineering, research, and go-to-market leaders, turning an ambitious roadmap into the team that delivers it.

What you’ll do:

Build and run our hiring engine.

Own talent acquisition end to end across engineering, research, and GTM, including strategy, sourcing, pipeline, process, and the hiring bar. Scale hiring quickly without sacrificing quality, and manage the recruiters, agencies, and tooling that make that possible.

Design the org and keep it coherent.

Own org design, leveling, and workforce planning as we grow. Keep roles, reporting lines, and structure clear and consistent across our US and India teams so the company scales without losing shape.

Make the cross-geo model work.

Build the operating rhythms that let a distributed US and India team function as one, including hours overlap, communication norms, and managerial structures that hold up across time zones.

Steward culture and engagement.

Define and protect what makes Triomics a great place to work through values, onboarding, engagement, feedback, and retention as headcount multiplies.

Establish the people foundations.

Put in place compensation and leveling frameworks, performance management, HR operations, and compliance across India and the US, with the right HRIS and systems underneath.

Partner with and coach leaders.

Be a trusted advisor to the founders and a coach to managers, raising the bar on how we hire, lead, give feedback, and grow people.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years in People or Talent, including significant time at high growth startups or scaleups that visibly scaled, not only large, steady state organizations.

  • MBA or an equivalent advanced degree from a Tier 1 university is preferred.

  • A proven track record of scaling hiring fast. You’ve personally built or run talent acquisition through a period of rapid, high quality growth.

  • Experience operating across the US and India, or a comparable multi-time zone, cross geography organization, with a real understanding of how distributed teams succeed or break.

  • A hands-on builder, equally comfortable setting strategy and doing the work. This is a Series B stage role, so there’s no large team to delegate to yet.

  • Strong org design instincts, with evidence of keeping structure coherent through fast growth.

  • Excellent judgment, communication, and writing. Much of our thinking happens in writing, and you’ll need the credibility to partner with founders as a peer.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI, deep tech, healthcare, health tech, or hiring highly technical engineering and research talent.

  • Experience building talent acquisition and employer brand from near zero.

  • Based in, or open to being based in, Bengaluru.

Why join us?

  • Impact at scale: The team you build directly accelerates cancer research and improves patient outcomes worldwide.

  • A rare build opportunity: Shape the people function, organization, and culture of a fast scaling company from the ground up.

  • World-class team: Collaborate with experts across AI, engineering, product, and oncology, with best in industry compensation.

  • Culture that ships: We’re a team that works hard and plays hard, with company-sponsored workations in Bali, Sri Lanka, Goa, and more.

Perks & Benefits

  • Lunch provided at the office. One less daily decision, one happier employee.

  • Flexible working hours. We care about output, not clock-ins.

  • Health insurance. Comprehensive coverage for you and your family.

  • Zomato meal benefit. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered when you come in early or leave late because effort deserves fuel.

Triomics is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team.
