From the original posting

We are looking for a consultant who thrives at the intersection of process design, cross-functional coordination, and customer outcomes to guide enterprise customers through their transition to Agentic Workflow Management (AWM). In this role, you will help customers define what AI-powered work looks like for their organization, aligning stakeholders around a shared adoption plan and driving measurable impact across their highest-value workflows. You will design and lead structured, time-bound engagements from onboarding through workflow launch, moving customers to a platform where teams and agents execute work together. Engaging both executive stakeholders and front-line teams, you will operate with strong judgment in ambiguous environments to connect AI capabilities directly to meaningful business results.

This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Lead structured onboarding engagements by aligning customer stakeholders on platform setup, workflow priorities, and shared success metrics while assessing workflow complexity to target high-impact Asana AI opportunities.
  • Document and transition clear implementation plans that capture prioritized workflows, risk mitigation strategies, and next steps to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Guide customers end-to-end through process mapping, hands-on workflow configuration, and user acceptance testing to deliver production-ready workflows with embedded Asana AI capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements, aligning workflow owners, IT, business stakeholders, and end users through kickoff, enablement, and launch milestones.
  • Develop deployment roadmaps and forward-looking documentation that define how customers scale Asana AI usage, optimize adoption, and expand use cases over time.
  • Lead recurring operational check-ins with customer account teams to monitor workflow performance, surface user pain points, and unlock new AI adoption opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D to surface expansion signals, represent the voice of the customer internally, and translate account momentum into business growth.
  • Build repeatable frameworks and engagement processes that bring operational consistency to delivery motions across a portfolio of enterprise customers.

About you

  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams through AI change management and user adoption friction, meeting stakeholders where they are with empathy and building confidence in new workflows.
  • Track record of managing complex, concurrent enterprise projects and workstreams, holding both internal and customer stakeholders accountable to key milestones and deliverables.
  • Customer-centric approach with proven success facilitating discovery sessions and translating customer feedback into actionable configuration decisions.
  • Strong bias toward action, comfortable navigating ambiguity, making sound decisions with incomplete information, and creating momentum in dynamic environments.
  • Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex processes for diverse audiences ranging from executive sponsors to front-line end users.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience aligning cross-functional internal partners—including sales, customer success, product, and IT—to ensure seamless project delivery.
