Role Description
This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health’s delivery of mental health services in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. In this role, you will provide counselling/therapy sessions to clients (via in-person and virtual settings), while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards. Associates are expected to have access to a suitable, private, and professional venue to conduct in-person sessions.
Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra’s care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
