You will be contracted by Lyra Clinical Associates. Role Description This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health’s delivery of mental health services in Melaka, Malaysia. In this role, you will provide counseling/therapy sessions to clients (via in-person and virtual settings), while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards. Associates are expected to have access to a suitable, private, and professional venue to conduct in-person sessions. Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra’s care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
