This is ARQ's first dedicated Investment Advisor in Brazil. You'll build our advisory function from the ground up – sourcing clients, constructing portfolios, owning relationships, and writing the playbook every advisor we hire after you will follow. You'll sit inside the Wealth team, work directly with the founders, and own a book of business from day one.
Source and onboard advisory clients, drawing from ARQ's existing user base and from your own network and outbound efforts
Build and manage personalized portfolios across the products ARQ offers
Own the full client relationship lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, review, and retention
Bring insights from clients back to product to shape what ARQ builds next
Define what "an ARQ advisor" looks like – your standards, processes, and tooling become the template for every advisor we hire after you.
3+ years in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office in Brazil
Fluent English – you'll work day-to-day with a team that operates across markets
Proven ability to source and convert clients on your own
Strong analytical skills and comfort building portfolios across multiple asset classes.
ANBIMA certifications (CPA-20 minimum, CEA preferred) and/or CVM-registered as AAI
The mindset of an owner: hungry, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to build a business inside a business.
