Build and scale a KOL/creator network in Spain, Iberia and other countries for Kraken Pro from the ground up
Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships across the region
Own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation
Represent Kraken Pro's derivatives suite — perpetual futures, prop trading, margin — to top regional creators
Fix on-the-ground execution issues that block program performance and iterate fast
Set and own regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency [A]
Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams
Benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook
Proven track record building an influencer/KOL/creator network from scratch in Spain and/or the Iberia region
Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus), deep fluency in the local crypto/trading creator ecosystem
Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a clear eye on CAC
Hands-on, get-it-done approach — solves problems on the ground rather than escalating
High agency — owns regional strategy without waiting for global direction
Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous, 24/7 crypto environment
Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators/KOLs
Existing personal network of crypto KOLs/creators in Spain/Iberia and other countries
Prior KOL, growth, or influencer marketing role at a crypto exchange
