  • Partner with the global Sales Field Enablement team to evolve our field listening methodology—contributing an APJ lens to how it's designed, documented, and connected to data—and coach the APJ team to apply it consistently and well, ensuring regional insights flow back into global strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Strategic Operations to synthesise field listening and performance data into a consolidated view of what is driving or inhibiting Sales performance across APJ in order to shape regional and global enablement strategy
  • Provide on-the-spot training and coaching, and curate workshops for sellers and sales leaders on an as-needed basis
