Joblaze insights
From the original posting
Our ambition is to make the Horowitz Andreessen Academy an extremely high aura lifestyle brand for young, ambitious builders. Your job is to bring that brand to life through strong, non-paid marketing.
We’re looking for someone who is insanely creative and high output. You should live between the digital and physical world and have extremely high taste and standards. Ideally you love putting on clever marketing stunts like digital hackathons or IRL activations - but you’re also data-driven and know how to run and operate a funnel.
Young kids are terminally online, so you’ll need to meet them where they’re at. This might mean collaborating with influencers, running events in 10 major geos across the country, or sending out the most engaging email newsletter that young builders read.
Your main KPI will be the number of admitted students that come from your work - and how large our email list grows.
To apply, send me a proposal (it can be bullet points) with your thoughts on the best way to market HAA and attract the right students.
