Role Purpose

In your role as a nurse, you will be at the centre of our mission. As the first point of contact for our members, you need to be service-minded and enjoy meeting people. This position will be perfect for you if you thrive in a people-oriented environment. You will work closely with a team of skilled operators and experienced doctors, while also having the opportunity to take initiative and work independently. Your contributions will be vital to our success, and your role will be key in maintaining the high standards we strive for.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

Your main tasks will include performing clinical examinations, performing ECG, measuring grip strength, eye pressure, taking blood samples, analysing blood samples, and managing administrative documentation. You will be a key person in ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of results for our members.

Minimum Requirements

  • NMC registration

  • Amazing phlebotomy skills

  • Experience performing and interpreting ECGs

  • Detail-oriented and takes responsibility for their work.

  • Positive and service-minded

  • Solution-oriented and driven

  • Ready for new challenges

  • Accommodating and professional in their role

  • Driven to deliver quality in everything they do

  • Curious and willing to learn

  • Interest in new technology

  • Excellent knowledge of English in both speech and writing

Preferred
