About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly every single day. As Office Coordinator, you'll be the day-to-day operator who makes sure the space works, vendors are managed, deliveries land, meals are set up, supplies are stocked, and the office looks and feels welcoming and organized. You'll be the person that keeps the gears turning, and the one the Workplace team turns to when something needs to get done on the ground. This role partners closely with Facilities, IT, Security, and the broader Workplace team, and provides backup support to reception and front-of-house as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day vendor relationships with on-site partners including regular check-ins and daily coordination with kitchen, cleaning, and security teams

  • Coordinate daily office operations, including security, food deliveries, breakfast/lunch/dinner setup, and backup reception/VIP guest support as needed

  • Manage office ordering and inventory including supplies, kitchen stock, printer needs, and other operational purchases

  • Maintain office appearance by coordinating conference room cleanliness, office signage, and overall workplace organization with precision

  • Partner with Facilities, IT, and Security to coordinate routine maintenance and operational issues (e.g. badge access, broken doors, TVs/AV, small repairs)

  • Support office floor plan changes including conference rooms and desk assignments, and other hands-on workplace initiatives as the primary on-site operations partner

  • Serve as the on-site Workplace representative for Ramp Up onboarding, including office tours and new hire first day logistics

  • Provide hands-on operational support across the office and act as a backup resource for reception and front-of-house support

  • Continuously improve the office experience by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance operations, space utilization, employee workflows, and day-to-day processes

What You Need

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a similar operational role

  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and handling both strategic coordination and hands-on execution

  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently before they've been reported

  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift frequently

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
