We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
Help bring Legora closer to our clients around the world.
From Stockholm in 2023 to 18 offices from Tokyo to San Francisco today, we’re expanding rapidly. As Operations Specialist, Market Expansion, you’ll drive the cross-functional projects that get our local teams ready on time and set each market up to succeed.
You’ll work across Legal, Finance, People, Growth, Marketing and Product, bringing stakeholders together around clear plans and keeping multiple launches moving. You’ll manage dependencies, resolve blockers and push for decisions when priorities compete. You’ll also own the Market Entry Playbook, turning lessons from each launch into better ways of working.
To succeed you need to be curious, build trust quickly and enjoy making complicated projects happen together with a cross functional team. You can juggle competing priorities without losing sight of the details, and you’re comfortable holding stakeholders accountable while keeping relationships strong.
Based in Stockholm, you’ll report to Laura Haidinger, who leads Market Expansion, and work closely with regional leaders and the Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team.
Run the operating cadence for every market entry. Keep a live status for each market, make sure every owner reports on schedule, and raise decisions before they turn into blockers.
Make hard judgement calls to make work go forward, reassign, re-sequence or escalate early, and bring a recommendation when you do.
Make sure external vendors move with the same urgency and speed we do. When a vendor's timeline puts a launch at risk, push for pace and escalate early.
Make sure everyone working on a launch has the right tools in place to do their work in the best and most efficient way. Set up the tracking for each new market, keep it current, and flag waste so it gets fixed.
Own the Market Entry Playbook. Spot where reality differs from it, agree the change and update it, so the next market runs better than the last. Keep Notion and reporting accurate.
Take on strategic streams: market and competitive research, parts of business cases, and designing how we respond when a market hits an operational problem.
Ask "can an agent do this?" before adding a manual step.
Customer satisfaction is second nature to you. Every launch exists so customers in that market get the best of Legora, and you keep that in mind when you set priorities.
4+ years in operations, project management, consulting or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing company.
A track record of running cross-functional projects with many owners and dependencies, and delivering them on time.
Strong follow-through. You keep data and status accurate, and you notice when something doesn't add up.
Good judgment on when to push, when to re-plan and when to escalate. You'll challenge a plan that isn't realistic.
Clear written and spoken English. You can explain status and trade-offs plainly to people outside your team, including senior leaders.
Analytical curiosity. You can put a simple number on a problem in time, cost or errors, and you want to understand how a business wins in a new market.
Have worked on an international expansion, office opening or entity setup.
Have built workflows with AI agents.
Have worked in consulting, a project management office (PMO) or a Chief of Staff team.
In your first months you take day-to-day delivery off Laura and own one strategic project end to end. Then you go deeper: whole workstreams, parts of business cases, and your own relationships with the market teams. The aim is that within a year you can carry a market on your own, from entry plan to handover to the regional team.
