About OpenEvidence
OpenEvidence is the fastest-growing and most widely-used clinical decision support platform and medical search engine among U.S. clinicians. According to independent studies, more American physicians use OpenEvidence than all other AI platforms combined. OpenEvidence is trusted by millions of verified healthcare professionals to make high-stakes clinical decisions at the point of care that are sourced, cited, and grounded in peer-reviewed medical literature. Founded with the mission to organize and expand the world’s collective medical knowledge, OpenEvidence is actively used daily, on average, by the majority of physicians in the United States. We've built that reach with a lean team of fewer than 90 people, backed by leading investors including Sequoia, GV, Kleiner Perkins, and Thrive Capital. We're just getting started building the next generation of AI-powered clinical intelligence.

About the Role

As a member of the Partnerships team, you will play a key role in scaling clinician adoption and growth of OpenEvidence through health systems. This is a true ownership role: you'll run partnerships end to end, from intro call, launch and deployment, and ongoing partnership success, working directly with health systems to launch, grow, and scale OpenEvidence.

This is a high-exposure, high-impact role leading partnerships with the largest healthcare organizations and executives (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CEOs), helping to shape the next phase of OpenEvidence's growth. You'll thrive here if you're low-ego, highly driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment where ownership is expected. Our partnerships team is very lean, and everyone has a large scope and outsized impact - we do whatever it takes to ensure OpenEvidence helps improve clinician workflows and impacts patient lives.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategic partnerships with health systems, provider networks, and other partners end-to-end — from initial engagement through launch, product deployment, and marketing — ensuring measurable outcomes, strong impact to partners, and deep engagement.

  • Be a strategic thought partner to health system executive leadership on how OpenEvidence can support their clinical and operational priorities, while staying close to the frontlines with clinicians at health systems, hearing firsthand what's working, what's not, and what they need next, and tying it directly back to how we improve the OpenEvidence Enterprise offering.

  • Lead partnerships through end to end procurement, partnering with Legal and Compliance to align offerings with enterprise requirements, including scoping deployment and integrations, contracting, and security and compliance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Data teams to deliver successful partnerships with health systems, including identifying new ways to improve clinical workflows through integration.

Who You Are

  • 2–9 years of experience in a role that demanded analytical rigor, operational discipline, and ownership of outcomes (e.g., GTM/Sales/Partnerships at high-growth startups, consulting, investment banking/finance)

  • Strategic and intuitive, with the ability to connect long-term vision to detailed execution

  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder with genuine executive presence

  • Detail-oriented and organized, energized by ambiguity and fast-moving environments

  • Relentlessly resourceful, comfortable finding creative paths around roadblocks

Why OpenEvidence

  • Help shape how medicine is practiced through AI-powered clinical intelligence

  • Work alongside world-class clinicians, technologists, and operators

  • Partner directly with leading healthcare organizations and executives

  • Get early exposure to high-impact enterprise partnerships and growth strategy
