From the original posting

At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.

The role:

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help execute and scale Coram's demand generation programs. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, moves fast, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

You'll work closely with our Demand Generation Lead on strategy while owning day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional projects. This is a role for someone who likes being in the details, launching campaigns, digging into performance, testing new ideas, and finding ways to use AI and automation to move faster and get better results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.

  • Connect performance across the full funnel, from search query and lead through opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Analyze campaign and funnel data, identify performance gaps, and turn insights into clear actions that improve efficiency and results.

  • Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and partner with designers, writers, developers, freelancers, and other teams to bring campaigns to life.

  • Run structured experiments across messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.

  • Manage projects from brief through launch, owning timelines, dependencies, quality checks, and follow-through.

  • Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work and allow the marketing team to execute and iterate faster.

  • Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy development, creative ideation, and campaign optimization.

  • Partner with marketing operations and technical teams to improve tracking, attribution, workflows, and data quality.

  • Stay focused on the metrics that matter, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes—not vanity metrics.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and working knowledge of Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to opportunities, pipeline, and revenue

  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM reporting

  • Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for creative development, copywriting, research, analysis, and campaign optimization

  • Strong copywriting skills and creative judgment, with the ability to recognize what will resonate with an audience

  • Experience running structured tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects without constant supervision

  • Experience managing and collaborating with freelancers, agencies, or external partners

  • A bias toward action, you move quickly, take ownership, follow through, and are comfortable figuring things out as you go

  • Curious and resourceful, with a willingness to dig deeply into data to understand what's working and what isn't

  • Always looking for opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale how work gets done

  • Ability to work 5 days a week onsite

What we offer:

  • 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance

  • Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays

  • 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options

  • Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company

  • Referral bonuses

  • Daily team dinners and regular team off-sites

  • The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)

We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations. From firearm detection to intelligent access control, our AI-native platform turns every camera and sensor into a smart system that enhances safety, efficiency, and awareness.
