About Eve

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.

Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

As a Product Engineer at Eve, you won't be handed a spec and asked to execute. You'll be a core decision-maker, working in a small, fast-moving pod alongside designers and engineers to own problems end-to-end with no red tape. You'll help shape what we build, not just how we build it. That means joining customer calls, hearing feedback directly from plaintiff firms, and using what you learn to drive product direction. You'll see the impact of your work in real time

About the Role:

You'll be building AI-native workflows that handle some of the most complex work in legal operations, on a fast shipping cadence that rewards iteration. We hold a high bar, learn from our users constantly, and believe every release should move the needle. If you want a role where your fingerprints are on the product and the work you do helps law firms deliver justice to more people, this is it.

We're hiring Product Engineers across the stack — front-end, back-end, and full-stack — and are looking for strong builders regardless of where their depth lies, as long as they're comfortable moving across the stack when the problem calls for it

What You'll Do

  • Develop Core Software: Build, ship, and maintain features that make up Eve's core product.
  • Drive Product Direction: Collaborate with the team to understand user needs, define new features, and decide on implementation strategies.
  • Own End-to-End: Depending on your strength, own backend systems (architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, iteration) or the user-facing experience (turning powerful capabilities into intuitive, magical interfaces) — and collaborate across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product to bring complex features to life seamlessly.
  • AI Integration: Design and build AI-native solutions that power and streamline every aspect of law firm operations, creating tools that transform how legal work gets done.
  • Rapid Deployment: Embrace a fast shipping cadence, continuously iterating based on user feedback.
  • Work with Customers: Engage with customers directly to solve their problems — innovate and iterate

What We're Looking For:

  • Product Ownership: A proven track record of building incredible products; you thrive in environments where you're the primary decision-maker for your projects.
  • Deep Expertise: Strong depth in a primary area, whether front-end or back-end. Front-end engineers should excel at building intuitive, polished user experiences; back-end engineers should demonstrate strength in distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs. Full-stack versatility is an added advantage.
  • AI Enthusiasm: Experience or strong interest in building with AI and a desire to gain more experience creating production applications using AI.
  • Speed and Efficiency: You value shipping quickly and iterating based on real-world usage.
  • Collaboration and Autonomy: You enjoy working collaboratively but are also highly effective when working independently
