This is a fully remote role with 50-70% travel required within the continental US. Must be able to travel frequently by car and by air.  A day in the life An expert in medical device payer reimbursement strategy, the Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement is a field-based member of the CVRx Reimbursement organization responsible for extending the CVRx reimbursement strategy into the field. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Reimbursement, this role serves as the regional reimbursement authority, partnering with healthcare providers and the commercial organization to navigate reimbursement complexity, improve patient access, and accelerate appropriate adoption of Barostim therapy. Working as the field extension of the Reimbursement organization, the Regional Manager translates enterprise reimbursement strategy into regional execution while providing valuable market intelligence back to the organization. Through trusted partnerships and deep reimbursement expertise, this role strengthens one of CVRx's most important strategic capabilities—ensuring reimbursement excellence becomes a competitive advantage for our customers and our business.
