Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The Senior Analytics Engineer is responsible for compounding PayJoy's rate of learning by owning the governance, definitions, and measurement foundations that make our data trustworthy by default and our decisions measurable by design. You will own the platform primitives that determine whether PayJoy's data can be trusted and acted on: governance and access model, semantic definitions, and measurement methodology so that every team downstream of you moves faster on numbers they do not have to re-derive. The right candidate will exhibit ownership of the process from end to end; you are not only measuring what they are told by the business but working collaboratively to drive rapid scale.
