What you’ll be doing
- Design and build our AI agents and workflows, and the platform underneath them;;
- Design the APIs, schemas and data pipelines the agents depend on;
- Build for reliability and latency live agents demand;
- Extend our multi-deployment architecture so a new client ships without forking the core;
- Find the bottlenecks and scale the system as call volume and data complexity grow;
- Drive technical decisions on infrastructure and practices, and mentor the engineers around you.
What you need to have
- 5+ years in backend engineering, building and running systems in production;
- Strong Python in production, building and maintaining high-performance APIs;
- Solid SQL, schema design and migrations;
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues;
- Strong grasp of design patterns and clean architecture boundaries;
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP;
- Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level.
